At Nukaazo, we strive to provide a seamless and lightning-fast delivery experience. We bridge the gap between you and your favorite local neighborhood stores using our fleet of dedicated delivery partners. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed, collected, and handed over to you.

How Our Delivery Works

Nukaazo operates on a hyperlocal marketplace model. When you place an order on our platform:

  • The order is instantly transmitted to the respective local retail partner.
  • The retailer prepares and packs your order.
  • A dedicated Nukaazo Delivery Partner is assigned to collect the packaged order directly from the shop and deliver it straight to your doorstep.

Delivery Areas and Coverage

We currently operate in select neighborhoods and pincodes within 410506.

You will be prompted to enter your location or drop a pin on the map before browsing products.

If your delivery address falls outside our current serviceable area, the platform will notify you at the time of entering the address or during checkout. We do not accept orders for unserviceable locations.

Delivery Timelines

Hyperlocal Delivery: We aim to deliver most orders within our standard 15 to 30-minute window, depending on the store's proximity to your location.

Operating Hours: Deliveries are fulfilled during the operating hours of our partner stores and the availability of our delivery fleet, typically between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): An ETA will be dynamically displayed on your tracking screen once the order is confirmed. Please note that ETAs are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on several factors, ensuring fair compensation for our delivery partners:

Base Delivery Fee: A standard fee applied to cover the cost of the delivery partner's service.

Distance Fee: Additional charges may apply depending on the distance between the partner store and your delivery address.

Surge/High-Demand Pricing: During peak hours, bad weather (e.g., heavy rain), or times of high demand, a temporary "surge fee" may be applied to ensure a delivery partner is available for your order.

All delivery charges are strictly transparent and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make a payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is accepted, you can track its status in real-time via the Nukaazo website or app.

You will receive updates when the order is accepted, packed, picked up by the delivery partner, and arriving at your location.

The contact number of the assigned Delivery Partner will be shared with you for seamless coordination once the order is picked up.

Customer Unavailability and Handover

To ensure the quality of perishable items and the efficiency of our fleet, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the designated address.

Unresponsive Customer: If our delivery partner reaches your location and cannot contact you via phone or doorbell, they will wait for a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes.

Cancellation due to Unavailability: If you remain unreachable, Nukaazo reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases involving perishable goods, no refunds will be issued.

Address Errors: If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the delivery partner cannot locate you, the order will be canceled without a refund. Please double-check your map pin and manual address entry.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we pride ourselves on speed, certain factors are beyond our control. Nukaazo and our delivery partners are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather conditions (heavy rain, flooding).
  • Unanticipated traffic congestions or road closures.
  • Sudden political events, strikes, or natural disasters (Force Majeure).
  • Store-side delays in packing the order.

In the event of a significant delay, our customer support team will proactively attempt to notify you.
